While there’s a variety of ways to start a career here, there’s also a variety of career paths you can choose along the way.

Assistants – Learn the fundamentals of working in a manufacturing environment with little to no prior experience needed.

Apprentice – State sponsored program where the apprentice is paid for both on the job training and classroom training.

CNC Machinist – Skilled trade machinist who operates and programs milling machines, lathes, drilling machines and other manufacturing equipment.

Group Leader/Lead Tool Maker – Highly skilled leaders who coordinate and facilitate the work being done under their supervision.
