Partnering with Ozaukee Youth Apprenticeship & School-to-Work Programs

Many of our employees started their careers in Advanced Manufacturing by working at Carlson Tool & Manufacturing for ½ of their school days while finishing their senior year in High School. Getting high school credit for paid on the job training is a great way to get a jump start on your career.

We partner with the Ozaukee Youth Apprenticeship Program to help launch your career in advanced manufacturing. These youth apprentice programs offer access to technical college classes and real world job experience while students finish high school.
